opus-tools 0.2 (Opus 1.3)
Description: The latest version of opus-tools no longer works on Windows XP so I acquired the source code and built it with XP support by right-clicking the Visual Studio projects and choosing to use an XP-compatible compiler.

OpenSSL 1.1.1j
Description: The OpenSSL application and libraries compiled with -D_WIN32_WINNT=[0x0501/0x0502] so it will work on Windows XP. Without this option, bcrypt.dll and a lot of other DLL's not found on Windows XP would be required.

Known Limitations: Some tests failed on the 32-bit builds. Details are in "test_results.txt"
Extra notes: ZLIB_WINAPI was disabled to fix a linker issue

Epson ET-2750
Description: The 32-bit Windows 7 drivers and scanner utility from Epson work on Windows XP.
Instructions:
Go to Epson's driver page for the ET-2750. For Operating System, choose "Windows 7 (32-bit)". Skip the section "Recommended For You" since this doesn't work on XP. Instead, expand the "Drivers" section and download "Printer Driver v[x.xx]" and "Scanner Driver and Epson Scan 2 Utility v[x.x.x.x]". Run them both and the installation will proceed normally.
Test date: April 2, 2019
Tested version: v2.67 (printer), v6.4.0.0 (scanner and scanner utility)
